Policies |
These policies have been developed to maximize children’s safety and security.
These are summaries of our policies, for more details please review parents' handbook.
Arrival and Departure
Children need to be brought into the school by an adult. Children
need to be signed in and out using theirs and your first and last name, your full
signature, and the time. No person other than those listed on the identification
and emergency information forms is authorized to pick up the child. Please inform
us in writing ( or by telephone if there is an emergency) in case someone other
than those listed on the forms will be picking up the child. We will not have the
authority to release your child without your permission if you do not notify us.
Parking
Please park on the street and not neighbors’ driveways. Please be careful
when crossing the street with your children.
Illnesses
We will call you to have
your child picked up if any of the following symptoms are observed:
- Diarrhea or
more than two abnormally loose stool.
- Tearing, redness, irritation, and discharge
of eyes which are symptoms of conjunctivitis or pink-eye.
- Fever.
- Vomiting.
- Children
need to be symptom free for 24 hours before they can attend school again.
Medications
We do not administer over- the- counter medications. All the medications to be administered
need to have prescription label which includes the child’s full name, name of medication,
pharmacy’s name and phone number, amount given per dose, schedule of administration,
and expiration date. All medication needs to be inside the original container. There
will be a medication administration form which has to be filled by parents. Medications
need to be handed to us by an adult.
Billing
Tuition is due the first day of each
week. There is a $10 fee for late payments per day and $20 fee for returned checks. There
is $35 non-refundable registration and application fee. Tuition will cover meals
and snacks.
